I am here to listen and help in these unusual and challenging times. Life events do impact us, but they do not have to define us. In the midst of life’s challenges, we still have many choices to make and many new chapters to write. My aims are to help you practice self-compassion and self-acceptance; discover (or rediscover) your own vision for your life; and learn to use a range of skills that will empower you to create the life you envision. Our time together will be tailored to you, and I will choose from a broad range of approaches to help you meet your goals. These may include Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT), bibliotherapy, mindfulness practices, and many others.
