There are various reasons for why a person may seek therapy and a singular overarching goal: to have a healthy mind in order to have a healthier lifestyle. Whatever the reason or cause, my primary role as a therapist is to assure a trusting and judgement free space for you to process and begin to heal from any of the mental health burdens you may be experiencing. Often the concern in looking for a therapist is “finding the right fit.” My experience has been working with young adults, young professionals, and adults with an array of different mental health & substance abuse needs. I utilize a holistic approach as many contributing factors to our mental health is the environment and the relationships we are involved in.
