Sometimes all it takes is for someone to listen, someone to validate. Once validation occurs, we practice going through life every day- some things get better, some stay the same, but we learn more about ourselves and learn we can endure through it all. Let’s do this together. Human connection can be so undervalued. My main experience has been with counseling children and families- also adults as well. I have a special love for working with single parents, children of divorce, and individuals with anxiety, ADHD, and/or on the autism spectrum. I will gladly explain more and be flexible with scheduling.
