Because we view mental health in a holistic way, we strive to support our clients in addressing issues related to mind, body, spirit & community. Our work with clients reflects our values of honesty, compassion, inclusivity, safety & respect. I conduct traditional talk psycho-therapy from a complex trauma and somatic informed background. I also offer mindfulness, breath-work, & meditation skills as needed to facilitate a more whole body healing experience. Integrating the mind-body link, has been shown to be healing & restorative in psychotherapy. Mind-body awareness is a state of mind that can be taught & developed through various skills. These skills explore your biological adaptations rather than attaching to the biography of the experience. Supporting your internal courage, curiosity, & capacity to heal. It is my belief that every person is innately different. For this reason, each therapeutic relationship will function differently.
