Both men and women still fall victim to the many limiting roles, scripts, schemas, erroneous beliefs, and toxic relationship conditioning surrounding relationships and intimacy. As a result this has created barriers to one of life’s richest gifts: The gift of intimacy, connection and a fulfilling, loving relationship. Intimacy is the ability to not only accept and love your inner most self unconditionally, but the capacity to then fully share oneself with another human being. Therapy is about learning to love oneself. I offer a new level of emotional and cognitive wellness to individuals and couples, out of two locations. My work consist of assisting, supporting, teaching and guiding individuals and couples to dive deep and work through the various relationship challenges, struggles or areas of growth they’ve chosen to work on in their relationship, going through a break-up, dealing with a divorce, infidelities, porn and sex addiction, relationship issues and anxiety.
