I specialize in helping clients achieve healthy relationships with others, and most importantly, with themselves. Clients that choose to work with me are curious to learn about how their unique upbringing influences their current adult struggles, they want to be more effective in managing relationships (romantic, family, professional, social), and develop the confidence to live life with more purpose. My ability to deeply empathize with others makes me a very intuitive therapist. Using what I observe and experience in sessions, I help clients identify and actively work on their difficulties. I obtain a deep understanding of my clients’ problems by listening, asking the right questions, and developing the right treatment goals. My approach is a good balance of personable and professional.
