My ideal client is either an adult struggling with concerns such as depression, anxiety, spiritual issues, stress, relationships, sex or porn addiction etc. or a couple struggling with marital/premarital concerns such as communication, conflict resolution, infidelity, sexual concerns etc. and want assistance in alleviating their symptoms. I practice from a Christian worldview and I am able to incorporate that (or not) based on my client preferences. I love to listen to people’s stories and help them identify healthy, achievable goals, then work with them to reach those goals. For couple’s counseling, I have received training in Prepare/Enrich and the Gottman Method. I am currently pursuing certification in Christian-based sexual therapy. I spent three years working with sexual offenders and have experience treating sexual addiction and pornography addiction.
