Therapist Overview
Therapy is a meaningful process to those brave enough to enter into such a vulnerable space. Sometimes we know where we want to go, but we just can’t get there because we are standing in our own way. Other times we only know what we know until we learn something different. I approach therapy from an integrative perspective meaning that I view each of my clients as individuals with good reasons for doing the things they do, but need support in making healthier choices and replace old patterns with better ones. I adapt therapy to meet my clients needs, personalities and stages of motivation to make changes in their lives. Therapy as an opportunity to make room for exploration. I believe my clients have the best solutions for themselves when they are given the opportunity to discover them. My intention is to hold space; help illuminate problems and patterns so you leave sessions with a new sense of awareness and empowerment to aid in your own individual transformation.
