Therapist Overview

I’m a queer identified, LGBTQ affirming, integrative therapist and invite you to bring your whole self to therapy. I help clients reduce symptoms and distress, increase resilience and self-confidence and develop fulfilling, meaningful relationships. My work is guided by the belief that within the context of a safe, compassionate therapeutic relationship all people have the capacity to heal and grow. Together we will explore the challenges that you face in life – in relationships, work, health, and identity, and collaborate to develop goals to help you move towards the life that you seek to live. Therapy is a place where you can bring your creativity, fears and vulnerability and is an opportunity for you to deepen your understanding of yourself as a way to create positive life change. I’d be honored to serve as a guide on this journey of growth, healing and self-discovery.
