Feeling helpless? You’re not alone. This is a historic time of great uncertainty and I know just how difficult it has been to navigate feelings of fear, frustration, sadness, and hopelessness. I aim to provide warmth and compassion to those who are seeking guidance and support through these challenging, unprecedented times. We’re in this together! I offer individual psychotherapy to college/grad students and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and a wide range of psychosocial stressors, which include but are not limited to: interpersonal relationships, grief/loss, adjustment, and immigrant and Asian American issues. I am trained in evidenced-based practices, such as CBT, EMDR, and CCTP. My approach to treatment is collaborative and integrative. My clients appreciate my relatable, yet directive style that allows for deeper work! I have years of clinical experience working with a variety of concerns and diverse groups of people, in both college and community settings.
