Many foster and adoptive parents find themselves faced with unexpected challenges. Creating connections, addressing behavioral concerns, and ensuring family functioning can be difficult for foster/adoptive parents. You aren’t alone! Give me a call to see how I can help! While I truly enjoy working with individuals of ages, there is a special place in my heart for foster and adoptive children and families! I have training in a variety of techniques including play therapy, Theraplay, CBT, and narrative. I am TBRI and EMDR trained as well. I have also completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. My experiences combined with my professional training has fueled my passion to empower and help others overcome challenges and reach hope and healing.
