Therapy and mental health continue to be stigmatized in our society, but it would be my pleasure to help you find out that therapy may just be the extra support you need to navigate through life challenges. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C) and I provide individual and couple’s therapy services. I obtained my master’s degree from University of Maryland School of Social Work and I have 6 years experience working with diverse populations in school settings, outpatient clinics, and in the home. I prefer working with adults and couples, and I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues among others listed below.
