Therapist Overview
Are you looking for a safe place to share what’s on your mind? Are you at a point in your life where you feel that you may need an unbiased opinion and perspective to talk about what you’re experiencing? I offer psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, and consultation to therapists and healing professionals. I have dedicated my career to helping people feel that they matter. My approach is client and culturally centered. I have been trained in a variety of approaches: CBT, TF-CBT, Family Systems, Object Relations, Existential/Humanistic, and what I have found in working with individuals and families is approaching therapy by fostering a safe environment and working with each individual to develop a customized plan. My education and clinical practice are culture-centered and I take into consideration the psychological impact of acculturation, immigration, ethnic and culture identity development, language use, racism, and sexism when working with individuals and families. I’m looking forward to learning about what it is like to be you.
