I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with years of experience working with families, individuals, and couples of all age groups. I have provided therapeutic services to families, couples, teens, and adolescents living within underserved communities. I have worked in the school, outpatient, and group home settings guiding those who have faced the challenges from everyday stressors to intergenerational trauma. I recognize that it takes great strength to embrace the vulnerability of the therapeutic process. I am a strong advocate to those trying to find their voice throughout the journey. I use: Internal Family Systems Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, Action Methods and CBT. I am also a Reiki level 1 practitioner. I believe there is power within our adversities and unique stories. I know that each of us has access to inner peace. My calling is to guide others in finding their personal strengths to get there. I am passionate about providing a safe space for people to feel comfortable sharing their story. Each of us has a story that should be heard, nurtured, accepted, and embraced. I take seriously in granting the ultimate respect to individuals of all cultural backgrounds and walks of life. All will be welcomed with respect and kindness.
