Therapist Overview

I support families, adults and elders in navigating difficult times more gracefully. As we rush through our busy lives, we can feel lost and disconnected from our best selves. We can even become so immersed in our negative culture that we feel a deep sense of hopelessness. We can forget that we are smart, strong, tenacious and resilient. I can help you bring a greater sense of purpose and hope into your life. I specialize in parent coaching, children and teen advocacy, and working with all ages to build strong life, education, and career goals. I help people navigate transitions such as entering puberty or leaving high school, launching a career, having a child, starting or ending a relationship, or becoming an elder. I have found that clients can most easily move through transitions when they build upon their strengths. I can help you to see how capable you are – and learn practical skills for achieving your goals. I offer free consultations. Evening and Saturday hours are available.
