Therapist Overview
**I am currently full and NOT accepting new clients** I aim to develop a non judgmental and collaborative environment with each client so they can feel comfortable discussing what brought them to therapy, identify their goals, and build upon strengths. Using an integrative and strengths based approach, I employ elements of Cognitive and Dialectical Behavior therapies to respond to the unique needs of the individual. I am interactive in the therapy process and support clients with practical tools and strategies to incorporate in their life that improve their ability to live more intentionally and authentically. I work with young adults (many college students), adults, and older adults who have experienced complex trauma, struggled with depression, anxiety, grief issues, and/or personality disorders. I have experience providing affirming therapy to the LGBTQIA+ community and individuals newly diagnosed HIV+/AIDS. Thinking about going to therapy for the first time, or returning to therapy can be an overwhelming process. I am happy to answer any questions, concerns, or address any fears you may have about taking those first steps. I am a consistent, genuine, and non judgmental therapist that will walk with you in your journey to grow and change.
