Therapist Overview
Often two things can be true: you are “fine” but also down, anxious, or angry. Maybe you’re noticing certain patterns or issues come up in your relationships. Perhaps you’re experiencing body sensations or pains. Some problems are manageable while others feel overwhelming, this is not uncommon. Together we can explore how things show up for you and how often they are protective; they may not have been an issue before but now may not be serving you. Through a mindful approach we will honor your experiences while gently finding a more supportive presence. It’s most important to me that you feel safe and understood so you can be yourself. You lead the work and I will be by your side, guiding. My process incorporates humor, somatic awareness, eco-therapy, & mindfulness; whatever this process looks like, you won’t be doing it alone. Finding a therapist can be a task, especially if you’re new to therapy. Call/text/email to set up a free consultation to see if we are a good fit before investing your time & money. All are welcome regardless of race, age, ethnicity, sexuality, gender identity, immigration status or religion.
