The way we try to avoid pain may cause us distress and create problems that become hard-wired into our identity and reduce our ability to function and connect fully with others. My mission as a therapist is to help you cope, think, and feel better using a wide range of empirically-based interventions. I work with children, teens, and adults dealing with trauma, all addictions, body and food struggles, anxiety, depression, grief, faith crisis, and women’s issues.
