I have received training in various modalities such as but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Substance Abuse, Family Therapy, Couples Counseling, and Trauma Focused CBT. I am accustomed to multiple modalities of treatment and each modality is applied based on the individual needs of each client. We believe in approaching treatment with a holistic approach.
