As a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor, it is my goal to help individuals and families identify areas for positive change and growth in their lives. My approach is holistic where a variety of modalities are used including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness based Therapy, Positive Psychology, Psychodynamic Therapy, Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT) and others.
