Asking for help can be scary. But, sometimes, taking the right risks can lead to rewarding outcomes. People come to therapy for a number of reasons. If you are struggling with relationship issues, self esteem, anxiety, depression, a difficult transition, or unresolved trauma, I can help. Over the past 7 years, I have assisted teens and adults as they’ve worked to problem-solve, repair relationships, and utilize new coping skills. As a therapist, my role is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to increase self-awareness, develop insight, and learn healthy ways to cope with life’s challenges. Using a client centered approach, I work with clients collaboratively to promote awareness and insight that will aid in facilitating a positive outcome. I believe in choosing a therapeutic approach best suited for each individual and their situation.
