Therapist Overview
The greatest challenges we face in life can sometimes be difficult to manage. My goal is to help individuals, families, and couples embrace life’s transitions/changes, overcome obstacles, and develop new ways to cope. I view therapy as a safe space to explore negative feelings that creep in over time and the opportunity to speak your mind without prejudice or judgement. This allows the room for guidance, personal growth, the space to heal, and the ability to improve emotional well-being. I work through a person-centered and healing perspective. I believe that through self-acceptance we can develop inner strength to navigate the challenges we face. Choosing the right therapist that is empathetic and honest can be a life changing experience. With over 10 years of experience working with adolescents, couples, and families, I offer an objective and understanding approach dealing with self-care. Although my practice specializes in perinatal mental health and adolecents, I also have experience working with individuals that are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-doubt and more. I look forward to meeting you and discussing how we can work together to improve your quality of life.
