Reading this alone shows your desire to live in a different way than you have been. It shows you care about yourself and the people you interact with. You are seeking something. I have been working with clients for over 4 years challenged by experiences like physical, sexual, emotional, and developmental trauma helping them find ways to move forward, to move toward the life they imagined.Specifically, I have been working with women who used opiates to cope with the pain of their lives. Whether you have been battling addiction, anxiety, depression, PTSD, loss of a loved one, relationship issues, or maybe just feel stuck. Then you have experienced pain and want solutions to achieve what seems unachievable. For 20 + years I coached and trained people to achieve their goals, overcoming physical and psychological barriers that restricted own abilities from rising to the challenge. Approaching our mental health with curiosity, courage and compassion is key for growth. We will face challenges together, we may laugh, we may cry, and we will look deeply at the root cause of the pain to be able to truly move forward.
