Born and raise in North Central West Virginia, I strive to bring health and healing to my home state! Mental health in West Virginia is sometimes lacking the human component. We get wrapped up in the “diagnosis” and forget the human part of life. Therapy can be a daunting journey to begin, however engaging in therapeutic interventions can be life changing. My goal as a therapist is to meet you where you are, empower you to grow, and help you do more of what makes you happy. Life can be hard to navigate and process. Having supports in those times is important. I am a licensed certified social worker in West Virginia. My primary practice in therapy include therapy dog, trauma work, solution focused brief therapy, strengths based therapy, psychoeducation, motivational interviewing, existential based therapy, play therapy and sand tray. I offer a safe place to speak openly about life, stress, trauma and adjustments. Life is messy. The human experience is hard.
