Therapist Overview

I help people struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship problems, family conflict, identity concerns, and obsessive-compulsive symptoms. I believe that lasting change only happens when people feel they’re talking to a real person who understands the cultural complexities that make them unique. My work is collaborative and built on the trusting relationships I take time to develop with my clients. I attained my M.S.Ed. and Ed.S. from Indiana University-Bloomington in Mental Health Counseling and completed an Advanced Psychotherapy Fellowship at Psychiatric & Psychological Specialties. Previously, I attained by B.A. from University of Wisconsin-Madison in Psychology and Sociology. So many people feel overwhelmed, lonely, stressed, depressed, misunderstood, and anxious. Although it can be scary, everyone deserves to take time to attend to their own needs and know themselves better.
