I believe we are most content with ourselves and others when we live in authentic relationship to our true self and can be genuinely known; so relationship is the backbone of my therapeutic work. Being vulnerable in relationships is a gift; but can also be fraught with difficulties and setbacks. I believe people have immeasurable potential for self-actualization and healthy relationships. Many of us need a safe environment, empathy, and validation to explore our potentials and move toward healthier and more fulfilling lives. I seek to listen to and collaborate with clients through integrative modalities and a systemic perspective.
