Therapist Overview

In response to the state of emergency we will be seeing clients via HIPPA compliant TeleHealth. You are often nervous and feel like you are an imposter. You would like to be free from doubt and fear. When you attend business meetings or social gatherings do you feel more like your 12 year old self rather than an adult? Are you also haunted by childhood memories of not belonging? You are an individual in transition wanting to move closer to your professional goals. I am aware that many times trauma, anxiety, and depression are a large part of what you may be feeling. The past hurts have to be addressed so you can be more in touch with yourself. I specialize in working with health professionals, anyone with childhood trauma, and if you feel like an imposter. Remember, some transitions can also provide healing. At Pierce Counseling & Consulting services we want to help you identify what interferes with your personal goals, your self-compassion, or communication in any of your relationships. We want to help you sift through your perspective and change your thinking to awaken your best self now.
