Are you having difficulty managing your mental health and/or substance abuse issues? Do you think that there is no one who understands what you’re battling with? If so, we can assist you with identifying the strengths you possess, the tools necessary to overcome any obstacles, and develop strategies to help you grow. Our experience in mental health goes far beyond outpatient treatment. In addition to therapeutic services, we work with several community partners that have access to affordable housing, food resources, and detox services. Your environment and other aspects of your life affect your treatment, which is also our concern. Our therapists and staff specialize in many areas of mental health and substance abuse. Our treatments includes an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Individual/Group Therapy, Crisis Management/Stabilization, Basic Skills Training, Psychosocial Rehabilitation and modern approaches like Neurofeedback (re-training your brain and pathways) and Meditation. Our promise is that we will be with you every step of the way during and after your treatment. Your struggle and pain are real and your desire to get to where you want to be in life matters.
