Therapist Overview

Have you been struggling with ADHD symptoms and can’t seem to find a therapist who “gets it”? I am a psychologist who specializes in working with teens and adults with ADHD. I understand the ways that being neurodivergent can impact more than just schooling or work performance. I often say that my work is “about ADHD, and it’s not about ADHD,” as, oftentimes, adults with this invisible difference experience challenges that go beyond brain-based symptoms and impact self-concept, mood, and relationships. I take an active, strengths-forward approach, ADHD-informed approach to help clients live well with ADHD – and without shame! My approach is based in the latest research and takes into account who you are as a whole person – not just your perceived deficits. My sessions blend strategic symptom support with the deeper work of healing the emotional legacy of ADHD and other differences. Telehealth is available for those outside of the Denver-metro area. I am co-author of the book A Radical
