Have you been struggling with ADHD symptoms and can’t seem to find a therapist who “gets it”? I am a psychologist who specializes in working with teens and adults with ADHD. I understand the ways that being neurodivergent can impact more than just schooling or work performance. I often say that my work is “about ADHD, and it’s not about ADHD,” as, oftentimes, adults with this invisible difference experience challenges that go beyond brain-based symptoms and impact self-concept, mood, and relationships. I take an active, strengths-forward approach, ADHD-informed approach to help clients live well with ADHD – and without shame! My approach is based in the latest research and takes into account who you are as a whole person – not just your perceived deficits.
