You don’t have to do this alone. If you are suffering from past trauma, I will help you heal. If you have lost someone close to you, I will mourn and grieve with you, and walk with you. I am a fully Licensed Mental Health Counselor and experienced Conflict and Relationship Coach. My clients tell me I help them feel heard and safe. I can help you map your struggle, and give you the tools you need to change and become free of what holds you back and weighs you down. I work as deeply as necessary and as efficiently as possible. I understand what it’s like to walk through dark seasons of hardship, despair, and doubt. With empathy and understanding, I will listen to your story and use my training to help you find a way out of the darkness and into a place of joy and fulfillment.
