Therapist Overview
Therapy can be beneficial for anyone who is going through something in their life; whether it be every day stress, to a traumatic event. I am supportive in helping my clients achieve their goals while assisting them in becoming their most authentic selves. I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental space for each of my clients in session. The clientele I typically work with are children, adolescents and adults. I have experience with anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, self-esteem, family relationships, acting out at school/home, and ADD/ADHD. I use integrative therapy techniques such as Client-Centered and Solution-Focused therapies in my sessions. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to equip my clients with coping skills to assist them in moving forward and making progress with struggles they may be facing. I also incorporate play therapy for the young clients when it’s helpful.
