I work with clients to effectively manage symptoms of depression, decreased motivation, irritability, anger, stress, anxiety, racing or worried thoughts, social withdrawal, disruptive behaviors, etc. I offer face to face sessions to help children (11 years +), adults, and families more effectively manage their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.
