Welcome to the Man-Up Counseling and Mentoring Centers, where we specialize in cultivating the formative, developmental years, of your child’s story. Borrowing from the philosophy of the late Frederick Douglas; “ It’s easier to build strong children than to repair broken men”, our counseling services are unique in that we are not just counselors but “Life Coaches” that help students/young adults navigate through the obstacles & challenges of life. We have found that much of the anxiety/depression that teens(and the high school graduate) are experiencing today comes from their lack of vision; as to who they are, where they are going, and the hidden potential they have within them. Life has its own rules. The sooner our kids learn them, and other life principles, the sooner they will find success (both socio-emotionally and academically) and become what they were always meant to be(the best versions of themselves). “It takes a Village”, to raise our kids today, so let’s partner together and get them to that next level.
