Therapist Overview
I am a Marriage and Family Therapy-Associate with a creative, collaborative approach to therapy. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and find working with children and families especially rewarding. I am currently working toward certification in Play Therapy. I believe therapy should be a safe space for healing and growth. My work is client-centered so your priorities and goals will become mine as we work together. I employ trauma-informed, evidenced-based models and techniques including Play Therapy and creative interventions. I enjoy working with clients healing from trauma and/or addressing anxiety, depression, parenting or co-parenting concerns, domestic violence, child behavioral problems, and building self-esteem. I bring my full humanity into the therapy space so I may meet my clients where they are in life without judgment. I have experience working with clients of diverse backgrounds including immigrant and refugee families, people of many faiths, medically fragile youth, and LGBTQ youth and their families.
