You can learn how to take control of your life in an intentional way that meets your goals. I use a combination of experiences in session, EMDR, thought- and belief-challenging work, body-oriented, and mindfulness-based interventions to help you cope and heal from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, addiction, connection, loneliness, and relationship issues.
