Therapist Overview
It takes a tremendous amount of courage to begin therapy and recognize that help is needed. My goal is to help clients learn how to deconstruct their own worthiness and to increase self-compassion by having the bravery to be more vulnerable in their lives. A main focus in my approach is leading individuals toward establishing the most authentic version of themselves while working towards living a well-balanced life. This helps clients build resiliency to find the internal strength to recover after personal setbacks. My therapeutic practice is centered on providing an empathetic and non-judgmental environment. I work with a wide variety of populations, adults, young adults, seniors, LGBT as well as those suffering from depression, anxiety and women’s issues by using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Strengths Based Approach. I provide HIPPA compliant Video Counseling in the states of NJ & PA.
