I focus on your strengths as a means to help facilitate change and promote independence. I am a very down-to-earth person and I am often told by my clients that it’s easy to talk and relate to me. I mainly work with clients diagnosed with Bipolar, Depression, Anxiety and Trauma. With Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help them acquire Coping Skills for Anger, Low Self-Esteem, Relationship issues, and Parenting. One can gain self-awareness and acceptance by identifying thought patterns and the feelings and behaviors those thoughts initiate.
