I specialize in working with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, LGBTQ issues, trauma of all kinds, addictions and relational issues. The techniques I use to treat trauma are derived from cutting edge therapy models and evidenced-based models that include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Pia Mellody’s Model for Codependency, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Experiencing Therapy for nervous system regulation. I have worked for the past seven years at The Meadows, a world-renown inpatient treatment facility, assisting clients with their trau
