Hello! I have over a decade of experience treating adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, attachment disorders, PTSD and complex trauma. I believe in a strength-based relational approach that reinforces therapy as a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore the underlying roots of their identified challenges and develop positive and effective strategies to cope. I believe that all people are doing the best they can in any given moment with the skills they have and that unconditional positive regard is the foundation of a healing relationship.
