I hear you. I see you. To the outside world you look like you have it all together, but deep down underneath you feel like you are struggling. Struggling with feelings of fear, overwhelm or feelings of not being enough. Sometimes the struggle is around wanting to make everyone else happy and somehow you lose your needs in the process. Sometimes it’s anxiety that is keeping you stuck. No matter what it is, it is the nagging feeling that to the outside world you are functioning but deep down you hurting, scared or lonely. In my practice working with people both as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Coach for Professionals, I’ve helped women and men overcome feelings of doubt, learn new ways of interacting with the world and with themselves and tools for dealing with those intense deep down feelings that are often hidden from the outside world. Life is hard and things that are happening around us that are outside of our control seem to be making it harder every day. I deeply care about my clients as we both walk this path together.
