WOMEN AND TEENS! Ready for support? I’m here for you! When someone seeks counseling in a time of transition, need or stress, they take the first step in self-care. Beginning the counseling process can be scary – but also incredibly rewarding. Maybe you’re going through a big change in life, maybe you’re a new mom or trying to become a mom, maybe you’re having relationship issues, maybe your teen is struggling and needs help. I believe that developing trust and connection is a very important part of feeling safe and being able to open up, explore and heal. I specialize in working with women, teens, and couples undergoing mild or intense life changes, chosen or unchosen. I support my clients as they experience and move through anxiety, loss, women’s issues, trauma and relationship conflict. I’m trained in Sand Tray Therapy and EMDR, both highly effective trauma treatments, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I know from my own journey that it’s possible to heal from pain and make positive steps to feel worthy, loved and fulfilled.
