Therapist Overview

My focused population is children, ages 3-6, families and couples. When working with children, my focus is on their emotional and behavioral development through, psychoeducation (videos, worksheets, books), reflection (art, music, movement), validation, and collaboration. My work with families and couples is primarily focused on relationships. Together, we will work on positive communication skills, fair fighting, needs, emotional safety and expression, trust, quality time, problem solving, and coping skills; so that, each person feels heard, understood, and validated. Deciding to work towards positive change can seem overwhelming/defeating; you’re not alone. By creating new experiences in session, you can begin to build healthier interactions with yourself and those around you. During this process, I can help empower you in creating new ways of thinking and behaving, which will result in a different emotional experience. Only you know your true experience, and I am honored to be a partner in exploring it. Please feel free to call or email me for more information or to schedule an intake. I look forward to working with you and your family.
