Therapist Overview

I find that I tend to be helpful to clients who want to integrate spiritual growth as they journey to healing emotional pain and conflict. The counseling relationship serves as a therapeutic crucible, providing a safe and appropriately challenging space to explore ways to draw out and empower the self to experience abundant life. My work with clients helps them challenge negative self-talk and core beliefs and encourages them to seek truth about self, others, and the unknown. By creating a sacred safe space, clients are free to explore feelings, thoughts, behaviors, and their perspective on God, self, others, and the unknown. I have offices in Brentwood and Hermitage in the Middle Tennessee area. As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor – Mental Health Service Provider, I offer a wide-range of therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
