Hi! I’m Jess, not a typical psychotherapist. I love using humor to connect with my clients and draw-out their strengths in a judgment free setting. I guide our time together to get the most out of each session, quickly empowering you towards a happier life. I bring a developmental lens into my work as a coach and educator. There’s a lot we can do to prevent mental illness by focusing on prevention and early intervention. That’s why I’ve made my speciality infant mental health, birth, bonding and attachment, infant sleep, and parenting relationships. Because an inner child resides in us all, my approach helps people in all stages of life feel healthier and happier. Healing happens in a safe relationship and that’s what I’d like to offer you.
