Therapist Overview
Due to COVID-19 I am now providing Telehealth (online) Services as a way to safely provide therapy! As an Art Therapist and Counselor I am passionate about providing a safe and creative space for the session. It can be daunting to start the process of getting help, although, art making in therapy can help ease this transition. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages. I have worked with children, teens, and their caregivers on family challenges and relational issues. Through my training I am able to support and help you identify challenges in you or your child’s life to help figure out how to create change. My work includes helping youth with a variety of mental health concerns through the use of art therapy. You do not need art experience to benefit from the healing art therapy offers. I enjoy helping manage anxiety, finding positive coping skills, and building self-esteem. I work with families to find healing by building stronger relationships. My goal as a therapist is to help client’s cultivate the strengths they already possess and help them grow. I believe strongly in resilience. My therapeutic approach is warm and welcoming, and I encourage you to take the first step towards healing. I am supervised by Andrea Davis LPC-AT-S, ATR-BC.
