Therapist Overview
Being unable to meet our goals is disappointing. Not knowing why is devastating. We seek answers on the outside and look to others for the “right” and the “wrong” of the situation, but everyone is different. Everyone has different approaches, and everyone has inner resources. The problem is not that you are flawed, incapable, or unable to achieve your goals. The problem is that you’re simply having a little trouble accessing your strengths. Whether your issue is related to connection, depression, anxiety, or other life stressors, I am here to listen, to see you, and to understand. I am here to help. I do therapy with wellness in mind. I want to treat the whole person and know the various parts of them; the mental, the emotional, and the physical. By looking at these factors together, I believe we can create a treatment plan that is right for you. Acknowledgement of your skills, qualities, strengths, and weaknesses is the key to a fuller mind. You’ve already taken an important step – you’ve admitted you want to heal and you’ve opened up the door to possibilities and choices. I hope you’ll join me on a journey of healing; a journey that undoubtedly starts with your personal experiences and your insights.
