This can have a significant impact on our thoughts and feelings about ourselves, and our negative automatic thoughts can be persistent and isolating. They can affect the way we approach others and how we navigate the world. I strive to create a warm, affirming, and therapeutic space, inviting and honoring vulnerability to explore the roots of recent challenges and brainstorm new strategies to find more solid ground.
