Specializing in children, youth, and families, my passion lies in helping individuals and families overcome the impact of traumas, life transitions, and other major life events. I believe in creating a safe, relaxed, and nonjudgmental space to support you in reaching your goals, and commit to doing my own personal work to create a practice that is both culturally-responsive and anti-oppressive. I also support those in helping professions – educators, therapists, school administrators, etc – providing therapy, supervision, and consultation around trauma and wellness. EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness are just a few of the integrative approaches I use. I believe firmly in the resilience of individuals and families and know that our traumas do not define us.
