I enjoy working with individuals struggling with a wide range of problems, with an emphasis on co-occurring mental health and substance use issues. I utilize mindfulness-based CBT, which has been shown to be highly effective for treating a multitude of concerns, especially anxiety and depression that tends to accompany substance use/abuse.
