Ieisha J. Norris

I have extensive experience working with the challenges associated with depression, anxiety, interpersonal violence, trauma,  women’s health, sexuality and gender minorities, as well as individuals navigating the difficulties associated with employment within the judicial system. With several years of clinical counseling experience, I have worked in multiple clinical settings. Additionally, I provide clinical evaluations in support of immigration cases including; domestic violence (VAWA), asylum, and petitions for extreme hardship waivers. I work collaboratively with  individuals and groups  to provide the therapeutic support necessary for both personal growth and the achievement of individuals goals. My therapeutic approach is non-judgmental, individualized, and strength-based treatment.
